CANCELLATION POLICY
Our goal is to provide quality care in a timely manner. In order to do so, we have had to implement an appointment/cancellation policy.

Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will give another person the opportunity to have access to timely care. This policy enables us to better utilize available appointments for all of our clients.

Time has been specifically reserved for your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you must call at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
​
If you arrive 15 minutes late for your appointment it is possible you will not be able to be served and the following Policy would then apply to your future appointment.
In general, what should you know about our Cancellation Policy?

At this time, we DO NOT require a deposit for your initial appointment.

ONLY IF a client has cancelled a previous appointment within 24 hours (same day) of their appointment, will a Rebooking Deposit of 50% for any future scheduled appointments be required.

If a client cancels their appointment within 24 hours (same day) or does not show for their appointment or arrives more then 15 minutes after their scheduled time and can not be served, a Cancellation Fee of 25% of scheduled appointment is required to be paid in full within 48 hours.

If you reschedule or cancel your appointment before the day of your appointment, your deposit may be refunded or pushed for a future appointment.

That deposit will be applied to your service total on the day you receive your service.
